Device Software Downloads For software and drivers. Bluetooth® Mobile Mouse 3600; Bluetooth® Notebook Mouse 5000. I have been using this mouse with my Windows 7 laptop for several years without trouble. However, the other day when I was trying to resolve a connection issue, I noticed that the Windows Device Manager reported that no drivers were present for the mouse; somehow they had been removed. I tried to search for drivers, but none were found. I looked on the Microsoft website for a driver download, but the support/downloads page for the mouse listed only product manuals available for download. Here is that page: A link to an available driver would be much appreciated. Thank you for the reply, but unfortunately the quick start guide did not solve the problem. It merely directed me to visit the same webpage and download 'the software,' which I (once again) did not find. As far as I can tell, the drivers should be available on the webpage I previously mentioned (the same that is mentioned in the quick start guide), as other products have their drivers on similar pages. The connection is not the problem; the control panel lists the device as 'currently connected,' but it is unresponsive, due to lack of driver software. Thank you for your help so far. Same problem here. That page has no driver and thus far I have not been able to find one on this site. Why does that pages say drivers and manuals when it only has a bunch of manuals. That is, where is the driver for the bluetooth 5000 microsoft mouse. Thank you for the reply, but unfortunately the quick start guide did not solve the problem.
